Only way I've found is to have my wife change them. I really wish the screen reader producers could get together with the big name antivirus producers and fix this. I know that there is one (I forget the name) that is supposed to work really well with window-eyes, but in a workplace situation, people don't get the choice of antivirus provider. Working with the industry leaders just makes sense to me, considering how important security is these days.
