OpenOffice has a protocol (or set of protocols) for accessibility. It does
appear somewhat complex and cumbersome, since you must choose what you want
to be accessible at a given moment, and use a set of switch options to move
from object to object. The nice thing, though, is that OpenOffice is free!

Well, for database, why not use the database script which Jamal wrote (I
think it's DBDialog). It's free and obviously accessible.
