I don't have an i-pod, but I do have an i-Phone, and the sync is the
same. Plug in the device in the SUB port.
It should show up in the first of three columns -- along with play list,
music, movies, and so on.
It will probably say closed. You can right arrow or hit enter to open.
Then, just hit tab and fill in the appropriate check boxes. Be sure
you've checked everything you want to sync.
It is remarkably simple.

The iPhone is a marvel in case you're looking.
