In the article itself it does recognise that people using access software are among those impacted. I will try to put the macro in place over the weekend. It's not a matter of priorities, but a matter of time. Also, most sighted users who take time to post blogs about having to view messages with Word in Outlook will also be complaining. So it's not just a blind user annoyance. I believe I remember seeing somewhere on the net a macro that someone wrote which will solve your problems. The thing about this, it's a macro which works whether you are blind or not, and whether you use WE or not. If not, how do you change it? Can't seem to find the option in the menu. Also how do you get message to show up in HTML format? Turned off reading pane already is there anything else I should set?
