This opinion may not sit well with many but the fact is, if a company
does not want to take care of its customers, take your business elsewhere.
Its the company that should be jumping thru hoops, not the consumer, blind
or otherwise.

Subject: A Correction About The QVC Color Issue, As I May Have Slightly
Misspoken
Earlier I said that the color could not be chosen when ordering clothing
from QVC.com with System Access. What I said was correct, but I do need
to
clarify that the colors can, in fact, be read and highlighted but when the
color is chosen the size disappears from the order box. This is at least
as
frustrating than not seeing the colors because one must still either get
sighted help or call QVC for the desired choice. The problem has been
reported to Serotek but they too have had problems with this. Again, it
may
take continuing direct contact with QVC to get this issue resolved.
Screen
reader developers can do only so much without access to proprietary
applications. <big sigh>
