In Outlook and MS Word 2007, some of the WE keystrokes don't seem to be working properly so need to know what to change. The Insert-T command does tell the time but also brings up a dialog box in Outlook that says these functions will apply to all items. Not sure what this is referring to. Control-Shift-R replies to all instead of reading to end. The Alt-3 or alt-4 doesn't always seem to bring me to the correct boxes in an email and sometimes seems to copy lines--perhaps this is an Outlook keystroke and not a WE one. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
