Hi Eric: To tell you the truth, I never thought of control-shift-a, but I am prety sure that the wrong sefile has been loaded, as someone suggested last week. The symptems all seem to be there when I recreate that situation. I just have to show it to my sighted colleague on Wednesday when I go into the office and see if I can reproduce what he is seeing on my client's machine.
