Hi all, I tried to sign in to Windows Live essenger and when I did I was told I had to upgrade to the new version. I downloaded it and when I went to install it I was given a list box and a close button. The directions said I had to select the progras I wanted to install. The box was a list box with nothing in it. I have tried this with Window Eyes NVDA and JAWS but no programs in the box to select. Is there a work around for this proble? Walt
