I just tried it with ie8 on a vista system and it does work as expected
here. I tried it from my favorites and again by typing in the
m.facebook.com url and the page loaded correctly both times.
I do know you will get that request for a file download if you attempt
to access m.facebook.com from a notetaker such as a braille sense plus.
