Ted, Put your cursor at the beginning of the first line you want to print. Hit control-shift-home to highlight everything above that point and hit delete. Then put your cursor at the beginning of the line just below what you want to print. Hit control-shift-end to highlight everything below that and hit delete. That should leave you just with what you want to print. After printing, DO NOT save changes when prompted and you'll retain your original document.
