Ok, On start up I get the prompt to install the new update for the gw tool kit. However, when I do the install, I hear nothing else. Obviously it is not installing, but, no prompt. when I reboot the computer after some use, get the same prompt to install the tool kit update. wwWhere do I go from here. Running xp pro, win eyes 7.11 with all updates and avg 9 thanks Don
