First hit enter, then hold down the alt key and press the down arrow key.
This will open up the combo box choices. After the box is opened up you
can use the regular up and down arrows to select the choice you want.
Then you can either just hit enter to go to your choice, or tab to the
"go" button, or whatever they might call it, like "search" or such.
