hi everyone, i think the creative labs xfi titanium soundcard, does not like we7.11 i can duplicate the loss of speech instantely by using the number pad and scrolling up and down through outlook express messages very fast. i then switched to the default onboard soundcard for we7.11 after doing the update, and it does seem fine. but i havent been using it that way for a long time. so now i am running 2 soundcards at one time. and the problem seems solved. but not 100% sure yet.
