While I am currently running 7.11 and didn't have to migrate from 7.0, I
have experienced no such problems. I am using xp sp3. Eloquence has been
quite responsive.

Subject: reinstalling the patch
Has any one experienced this? I upgraded from WE7.1 to 7.11, and found
that I had to reinstall the patch, since I noticed We crackling and being
his old sluggish self. Should I have had to reinstall?
I also noticed the drop in volume, so had to turn up the volume on the
speakers. I guess this is a natural occurance if one wants to have the
patch installed, but I don't understand why this has to be so.
