Hi, i would like to refer my conversation with Raul on phone few days ago about the everlock copies that i'm using. I would like some clarification and explanation, if possible from doug himself. I was told that the mobile installation is not applicable for us. I suppose i have done all necessary steps required to use my copies of windowEYES by copying files from program files and my user profile. To make it short, i manage to make it run from thumb drive but i got the prompt that some authorization file is missing and will run as demo. Raul told me that we have to use regular installation instead. Well, why should there be difference between others and the everlock user? Why then you still leave this option there while we're not allowed to use? Could it be a bug? Another thing about this copy which raul has also confirmed is that we are now only given license for 3 copies instead of 5 as promise at the time of purchase. Why should it be so without any written consent? Sorry i just need clarification and explanation. Thank you for taking time. Cheers. Caleb.
