Hello, I have found the manual quite helpful with commands for working with formulas. Just takes time to learn them. Are you aware of the Hadley online course on Using Excel"? I found that helpful as well. Don't forget the alt-h command to get you to the ribbon in Office2007 since you can press your right arrow key to see if there's a section on formulas. Someone at Gw Micro did some super tutorials for MSWord and MSOutlook and maybe they are working hard to do the same for Excel?...Smile. Hope this helps some. Jo Taliaferro
