Since I last posted the question about the problems I was having trying to get Window-Eyes 711 and Office 2007 to work specifically Outlook and Word I have had many questions off list asking me to let people know if I found a fix. Today at work I ended up having to image my computer which gave me a fresh start at this problem. The short version is what I discovered is in order for Window-Eyes 711 to work as it should, the Office 2007 SP2 patch must be installed. If you just go with the box install or the SP1 patch you may be hearing the words 'word pane' when hitting ENTER on an email message. The Arrow Keys will most likely not work in Word either. Download the SP2 update, install it, and see if that fixes the problem, it did for me. Hth -Steve If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
