to fix the hotkey issue, hit control alt f12 and then tab till you get to a listbox and then arrow down to hotkeys and then tab till you hear enable hotkeys checkbox checked and then disable that bokx and then go and enter on ok and the issue is fix. i believe gw has an article for that on there site.
