Edward, The reason that works is that for some graphics cards, I think some Intel cards, the ctrl-shift-arrow keys rotate the screen. Since WE also uses these keys, this problem can happen. You can solve it by disabling the hotkeys in the graphics card. I don't remember how to do that, but if you don't figure it out, let us know and I am sure someone can help.
