That is the only downfall of iTunes or apple for that matter. It would be nice if they had a website as well where you could download music from in case you did not want iTunes on your computer. I do not think you can call iTunes crap-tunes because it is all a users preference. iTunes is not that difficult to navigate and the only thing it does not have is that the apple store does not work but, it is not long before window-eyes will support it.
