I'm using the new, I think it's called ECI Eloquence here, and Verizon is correctly pronounced. In my experience, the more corrections you add to the pronounciation dictionary, the more otherwise-correctly-spoken words get screwed up. Accordingly, I've made no additions to any pronounciation dictionary.
