I am experiencing a rather straight and somewhat annoying problem while using the 2 above programs. When I do a search on a textfile loaded into EdSharp via the "alt+f" command, the text entered is found and announced. However, when I attempt to read the document either with the cursor keys or via the read to end function, all I hear are blanks. In order to restore proper reading, I need to move away from Edsharp either via tabbing or the taskbar. Once I get back to the file, all is well until I begin another new "alt+f".
I have completely removed Edsharp (including the files in Documents & settings) to no avail on several occasions. I have reinstalled sever versions of the program -- all with the same results. I am guessing, therefore, that the problem is being caused either by some misconfigured setting in Windows XP or within WE7.11. Anyone with a clue as to what might be causing this strange behavior?
