Hello,
My company uses Remote Assistant to allow our HelpDesk staff to
access our computes for troubleshooting. With my current HP laptop and
my previous laptop (a Dell Latitude), my computer does a full restart
whenever the HelpDesk tries to use Remote Assistant to get into my PC.
They seem really surprised at this. Any chance it's something with a WE
interface? I'm running WE 7.11 on a Windows XP machine. I think I have
tried turning off Window Eyes before they attempt remote access, but I
don't have a record of this.
