Window-Eyes 7.2 is Now Available!The reason that I mentioned that is the system 
indicated that I wasn't elligible for the upgrade.  I can now tell you that the 
system decided that I could have the upgrade and I was thus able to download 
and install the upgrade.

  Just FYI: Those two things are mutually exclusive. The upgrade is free. And
