Chip is right.
In terms of universal acceptance, you really cannot beat Outlook. Although the "Remember the Milk" demonstration I heard on a podcast was interesting, in fact, I use Outlook. Plus, it goes with me everywhere. I have it set to synchronize remotely through the Microsoft Exchange Server, which means my email messages are sent to my iPhone simultaneously with my desktop (Actually, the iPhone is about a second ahead of my desktop). The calendar is likewise completely synchronized. If someone sends me an appointment, all I have to do is "accept," and the appointment is automatically added to my calendar. It is hard to beat that. The only negative is that I cannot use the special Window-Eyes interface. Our firm's security settings are so high that the system thinks Window-Eyes is a virus. Thus, although it is not quite as good, I just use native Outlook -- which is what I was doing with JAWS anyway.

It sounds like the big advantage is that you have your info where-ever you
are, is that right? because otherwise, outlook is so easy, and there are so
many products which integrate with it, and it does so much, why wouldn't you
buy outlook? (not you Ed, the original poster)?

I'm an unabashed outlook junky, and I use the calendaring, tasking, and
journal, and meeting scheduler every day (and of course the email).

I reviewed a demonstration of what looked like a simple, accessible calendar
with the unlikely name, "Remember the Milk."
I know it integrates with Outlook, but it is freestanding as well. It is
on-line. So, you would need to be connected to the Internet to get full
functionality.
I was pretty impressed with the product. It is a combination calendar and
task manager.

Hey all,
I'm looking for a calendar scheduler that'll work with window-eyes. I don't have outlook. I use outlook express. Thanks,
Traci
