I did get some "drive-by" malware that it could not find, so I went and
bought prevx, because I know it will dig out rootkit malware and other hard
to find ones.  prevx did fix me right up, but I needed sighted help to use
it.  it does have a setting which warns you will lock out accessibility
aids, and once I disabled that level of protection, I can use prevx with the
mouse cursor anyway (if I'm patient).
