Hi Cory, that sounds good. In this case though, someone was having a problem with repeatedly hearing messages about smarttag options.

Maybe it didn't make it into their kb article, or maybe it doesn't apply to 2007, I never heard back. As best as I recall, it's in the autotext portion of the options. in 2003, you would go into the insert menu, choose autotext submenu, and then choose autotext choice. I'm not sure how to get there in 2007, except I bet there's a similar place where you can control the autotext options. In this dialog in 2003, there's a "smart tags" tab, and in that are two checkboxes for using smarttags which need to be unchecked. One is "label text with smarttags" and one is "show smarttags actions buttons". perhaps this is what I reported long ago, and perhaps if you can find these options, they will make a difference. please let me know. thanks.
