More features, better control of how and where files are zipped or
unzipped, support for other formats like .rar and .7z, etc. If you only
use zip files occasionally, then the minimal support built into Windows
should be fine. If you deal with compressed files on a regular basis,
however, you will do yourself a big favor by using something more powerful.
