Please forgive the OT question.

I'm using win xp WE 7.2 and excel 2007.

In excel 2007 I can insert a single row by pressing alt+I followed by r.

However, I need the ability to insert 50 or 60 rows at a time to save lots of
tiresome keystrokes.

In excel 2003 I could press alt+I arrow down to row then tab across and type in
a number then press enter and the desired rows would be inserted.

Is there any such ability in 2007? What are the key strokes for this function?

Thanx,

John
