I have also had problems occasionally with WE and IE 8 and pressing enter on a link resulting in nothing happening. It usually means having to shut down IE and bring it back up. I think, but I don't remember for sure, but I think I tried shutting down WE and reloading it and I don't think it worked. I can't remember for sure though, but I am thinking that was the case. I think IE 8 might be partially to blame and maybe something could be done with WE to correct it. Thankfully it doesn't happen very often. I did just try loading that site in IE 8 with WE 7.2 under windows 7 64 bit, which is the configuration that has been the basis for all of my comments in this message by the way, and tht site did work clicking on a few links. It did transition and load the pages as expected.
