Thanks Martha, could you please tell me how to decrease the volume of the voice on the laptop? I don't see that anywhere. It talks about the pitch of the voice, but not the volume. Thanks.

A.3, I think for the layouts. I've been using the laptop layout for years. It took some getting use to, and I made a few tweaks, but I quite like it now.
