Right now, you have to do a little mousing and tabbing around in
order to get from one side of the screen to the other. But I think
it is a great relational database that could be made even better with
some scripting. I hope to get the GW staff to look closer at this
database possibility. The authors seem to be somewhat receptive to
new ideas. GW staff, could we get you guys to comment on what you
think about this database program?
Thank you,
Johnny

Hi Johnny,
Is DB Organizer user friendly enough that a Nube
could figure it out?
I'm looking to be able to organize music and movies mostly.
I know nothing about setting up database programs. Thanks for any advice.

Steve,
I was just going over a message by another GW lister. The script he
pointed you to is for MS Access. This is different the the program
DB Organizer Delux I pointed you to. The website for this program is:

HTH and let me know how you make out with it.

I'm looking for a Window-Eyes-friendly database program alternative
to MS-Access. I want to be able to keep contact information (with
thirty-five to forty fields of data for each contact), pull that
information into letters to contacts who meet multiple search
criteria (such as all piano-tuners who live in the New England
States and own more than three canoes) and design reports which can
easily be formatted to be either printed or embossed. I used to be
able to do these things (except for the braille embossing) with
a DOS database program called PC-File. All nominations welcome. If
you have guidance about how to do these tasks using MS Office 2007
without using MS-Access, please write me off list. Thanks.
Steve
