Hi Craig, regarding the combo boxes, after choosing the first one, turn
on Browse mode and then off again. Now the additional ones will be
there. While not toally accessible like before, this is a standard
practice of many other web sites when dynamic lists of choices are
populated based on the first choice.

Also, regarding the download problem, refer to my other messages in the
other Audible threads for our findings.
