If you're talking about Windows 7 64-bit the only solution is to purchase an update CD.
The reason for this is that the installation procedure for windows 7 64bit has changed and therefore it necessitates a new CD. If on the other hand, you are talking about Windows 7 32 bit, then it is possible to install window-eyes 7.0, and then follow that up by installing the Window-Eyes 7.2 upgrade.
