There is a refresh version which is still called 7.2. A few problems were fixed with this new refresh version. One was for Windows Vista-so the speech would start automatically.
If in doubt if you need this version, I would download it again and install it. That way any possible fixes that are in there will be available to you! I have followed Raul's tutorials and have placed the message status at the beginning of the message headers. It does indeed list a status of new to all new incoming messages however if you read one of the messages and then close it and go back to the list instead of it saying new for all the remaining new messages it just says status.
