Hi. I just noticed that the Home and Student version of Microsoft Office
doesn't have that scanning tool. If you want it, you'll have to get the
Professional version of Office.
Also, to comment about reading pictures, no screen reader can describe
pictures. Your best bet is to have someone describe to you what pictures are
on the screen. This is what I tried to tell my Computer Sciences professor
at University, but he thinks otherwise.
And now I have a question about OCR scan software. This is for anyone that
uses a Mac that is on this list. I'm about to transition into getting a Mac
and I'm wondering if there's any software that is accessible with it. You
can mail me off list about this if you like. Thanks.
