Hi Donald, You will have to aclimatize yourself to the search boxes in windows
7 to get any joy out of packages like control panel. Actually, I've taken to
avoiding the control panel altogether in windows seven.

For example, The applet that removes software from your machine is called
programs and features in win7. Instead of going to control panel and waring
out my tab key, I type program in the start search edit and arrow down to
programs and features.

That's the only way I've been able to get my head into windows seven.
Otherwise I'd be fuming constantly in front of clients which is not cool at
all. I just don't have a great deal of patience for the new interface.

Regarding the speed of your backup, that does seem a little rediculous to me,
but I'm not really sure what to tell you here. I'd first take a look at the
drives in use, especially if one or more drives are old, and then maybe I'd go
off looking for another backup utility to see if I got better joy. Then maybe
replace some cables or something all just depending. Not really being intimate
with that particular machine I'm not sure exactly how to help, but you are
right, 3 days to back up a terabyte is a bit ridiculous.

Best,
