Do you mean someone logged in with the wrong email address, or did they
register with the wrong email address?
  If they logged in with the wrong email address, BARD will return you to
the login page where you simply type the correct email address and password.
  Remember, on the BARD site, the email address is case sensitive.
  If someone registered with the wrong email address, you may need to
contact your local NLS participating library to resolve the issue.
