Aloha to all,
Try control alt delete
arrow to processes
tab
and press e
that should be explorer
now tab to end task
you will get a warning that all hell will brake loose,

ignore and end task
then

alt f
and press n for new
and type
explorer.exe
and enter
then pray that "The Force is with you, and things should be back to normal.
