Hello,

If you have a Window-eyes 7.1 CD you can install on Windows 7 32 or 64
bit.

If you have a  7.0 CD you can only install on a 32 bit version of
windows.

My recommendation would be to purchase a 7.2 CD this way you will have
the latest CD and you wouldn't need to upgrade right away.
