Window-Eyes works with Windows XP SP3 from the start. Note, however, that the current version is 7.2.

A sightless install of Windows XP is possible, but it requires the creation of an unattended answer file. N-Lite is an excellent utility for creating a customized XP install disk, and it is by far the easiest way to do it. Many guides are available online should you get stuck.
