Hello. I'm using switch sound converter to convert a mp3 file that is 128 kbps to 64 kbps but switch refuses to do this. Do you guys have any ideas why this is happening or another program I can use to achieve the same objective? Switch is converting every other mp3 file I have but just not this one. Thanks in advance for your help.
