You can create an answer file with the Windows AIK (Automated Installation Kit) for windows 7, available at
http://www.microsoft.com/Downloads/details.aspx?familyid=696DD665-9F76-4177- A811-39C26D3B3B34 The answer file is an XML-based file that gets generated once you supply all the information necessary. The interface for the Windows AIK takes a bit of getting used to but if you read the documentation it's all pretty strait forward. I have an answer file which I have used successfully and it may work for you. You would of course have to fill in your personal details such as product key and user name etc. I also have it doing the minimal amount of automation possible. All it does is format, partition and install a clean copy of Windows 7. It does not automatically configure accounts or time zones etc, although you can specify this in your answer file if you would like. The reason I elected for it not to do this is because by that point in the install I am able to load narrator to get me through the rest of the prompts.
