Be sure that you are using the latest versions of iTunes and WE.
Actually, iTunes is very accessible.  It is a cumbersome program, and
somewhat difficult to use, but that is not to be confused with
accessibility. iTunes is difficult for everyone to use.  National
Braille Press has a book on  using iTunes with a screen reader.  It is a
bit dated, but most of what it says still applies.
