Thanks for that, actually I was going to write to the list as I needed some help with Eset Smart Security, I'm having an issue with updates and and Eset Smart Security claiming that my user name and password are invalid, this happens randomly so if anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix it can they get back to me privately please.
tech Support sent me a video which I'm told shows how to correct the problem but that's no good to me <smile>.
