Actually, if you want to see the template itself Don, you only have to right
click it and choose "open", and it will open like any other Word document,
as it's only a document itself.  if you press enter on it (double-click it),
then Word will create a copy of it, which will be a new document with no
file name yet.

however, if you used Word and saw garbage, then it's not a Word template.

I'll have a look at it for you if you can't figure it out.
