It helps to remember though, we're all struggling with something. I wish they could give us all everything we want, all at once, but they have to choose; a little now, a little more a little later. and by then, someone will have invented something new that we all swear we can't live without.
I don't know what to say: you can look at the totally financially supported model, and see they're about to close their doors; or you can look at the goliath model (the one supporting more attorneys than programmers imho), and you can see how many names you know in their corporate structure, and how much they care about what you want or years with free upgrades. those are what you have to compare us to; I like being right in the middle, something like Goldy Locks: just right!
