Well, as I reviewed my message after posting it, I realized I didn't answer
your question. The first and second tabs after the list of columns are the
move up and move down buttons. Click on the appropriate button to move that
particular column up or down. You can also use the hotkeys alt-u for move up
and alt-d for move down.

Yes, while in the list of indexed messages, go to view, then columns. Arrow
down to the column you want, then tab three times to a button either called
""hide" or "show". Click that button with the space bar to change it to the
other status. So if you have a column saying "hide" then pressing the space
bar on it will change it to "show". AAfter making your change to a given
column, shift-tab back three times to the list of column choices, arrow, up or
down to the next one you want to look at or change, then tab three times again,
etc.
Make sure to choose the ok button afterwards.

Hi, is there a way to rearrange the columns in OE. Somone on another list
told me to go to view, then to columns, and then use the up and down buttons on
the dialog box to move the columns around, but there is no feed back from
Window eyes 7.2, and the check boxes in the list don't respond when I try to
check or uncheck them. I mean, if something says checked, if I uncheck it,
then it still says checked.
Using WE 7.2 on a Windows xp home machine.
