Well, a press of Ctrl + Shift + R won't kill me (or anybody), but why not have it work automatically as it should? Users should not need to install extra apps for this feature!
Btw: Occasionally in we 7.5 b1, and very often in 7.2, Ctrl + Shift + R doesn't work unless you move the text cursor first.
