Curtis and all
The difference between my experience and yours makes me realise just how
useful the new "remote Assistance" feature is going to be. I'm sure
someone who knows a lot more about background services and system
configuration than I do could sort out this kind of thing quite fast.
Incidentally, could someone remind me how I copy the error message I get
when Skype crashes? In case anyone wants to see it that is.

No issues with skype here using same configuration, windows xp home
sp3, and the skype app.
Also, I can easily navigate using the mouse keys in any window of
winamp with the updated app configuration.

Hi all
Right now, Skype is still crashing if I try to bring it up with W-E
running, but it will come up if I shut W-E down, and restart it once
Skype is signed in.
Winamp is still not giving me mouse navigation in the Playlist window.
It was for a time, but now seems to have stopped again; I have no
idea why. A reminder that this is under XP.
